ReddyBook Terms and Conditions

ReddyBook is an online betting-ID and onboarding provider operating for users in India. We help eligible adults obtain a verified gaming ID with our partner exchange platforms and provide ongoing assistance through WhatsApp. These Terms set out the rules that apply when you request an ID, register an account, communicate with our support team, or otherwise use any service connected to ReddyBook. They are intended to protect both you and us, to keep our service fair and secure, and to make clear what each party is responsible for.

Your acceptance of these Terms is given the moment you take any of the following actions: requesting a new ID through our website or WhatsApp; completing registration; depositing or withdrawing funds through your ID; or simply continuing to browse and use the service after these Terms have been published. Acceptance is also deemed to extend to every document referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, KYC Policy, Responsible Gaming guidelines, and Disclaimer.

Note: These Terms apply in addition to any specific terms set by the third-party exchange or gaming platform on which your ID is created. Where conflicts arise, the platform operator's rules govern actual gameplay and settlement of bets.

To avoid ambiguity, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in these Terms, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• chevron_right "ID" or "Gaming ID" means the verified account or username created for you on a partner exchange or gaming platform through ReddyBook's onboarding service.
• chevron_right "Account" means the record we hold relating to you, your ID, your contact details, and your verification status.
• chevron_right "Service" means the ID-provision, onboarding, deposit and withdrawal facilitation, and WhatsApp support that ReddyBook provides.
• chevron_right "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity-verification process described in our KYC Policy.
• chevron_right "Funds" means money deposited into or withdrawn from your ID, denominated in Indian Rupees (INR).
• chevron_right "Platform Operator" means the third-party exchange or gaming site that hosts your ID and settles your bets.
• chevron_right "We", "us", "our" refer to ReddyBook; "you", "your" refer to the user or account holder.

Access to the Service is strictly limited to adults. By requesting an ID or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you are using the Service of your own free will and on your own behalf. We do not knowingly provide IDs to minors, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately with funds handled in accordance with applicable law.

Online gaming and betting laws in India vary considerably from one state to another. Some states permit games of skill while restricting games of chance, and a number of states impose specific prohibitions. It is entirely your responsibility to confirm that participation is legal in your state of residence and at your current location before you use the Service. You must not use the Service from any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.

When you register, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including a valid mobile number and an Indian payment method registered in your own name. You agree to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ID, username, password, and any one-time passwords sent to you. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity that takes place through your ID will be treated as having been carried out by you, and you accept responsibility for it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately so that we can help secure it.

To comply with applicable regulations, prevent fraud, and protect against money laundering and underage access, we operate a Know Your Customer process. We may, at any stage, ask you to verify your identity, age, address, and ownership of the payment methods you use. Verification typically requires a government-issued photo ID such as an Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, or passport, and may include a selfie or a short additional confirmation step. You agree to provide requested documents promptly and to ensure they are genuine, legible, and current. We may delay or withhold a deposit, withdrawal, or other transaction until verification is satisfactorily completed. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that submitted documents are forged, altered, or do not belong to you, we may suspend the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). We support common Indian payment methods, including UPI and bank transfer, and our team will share the current deposit details when you request them. You must only use payment instruments that belong to you and are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed, held, or refused, and can trigger additional verification. Withdrawals are paid to a verified account in your own name after any applicable KYC and security checks are complete. Processing times depend on your bank and the verification status of your account. We may apply minimum and maximum transaction limits and may decline or delay a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you give us are correct; we cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect account that you supplied.

From time to time we, or the platform operator, may offer welcome bonuses, deposit matches, referral rewards, or other promotions. Every offer is subject to its own specific terms — including eligibility, wagering or turnover requirements, qualifying deposits, maximum bonus amounts, expiry periods, and excluded markets — which are published alongside the offer. Bonuses are a discretionary benefit, not an entitlement. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion, and to refuse or reclaim a bonus where we reasonably believe it has been claimed through error, abuse, multiple accounts, collusion, or any conduct contrary to the spirit of the offer. Where bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that offer only.

We are committed to a fair, transparent, and secure environment. You agree to use the Service honestly and in good faith, and not to engage in any activity that gives you, or any other person, an unfair advantage or that harms other users, ReddyBook, or the platform operator. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• cancel Fraud, money laundering, use of stolen payment instruments, or chargeback abuse.
• cancel Collusion with other users, match-fixing, or betting on events you have inside information about.
• cancel Using bots, automated software, scripts, or exploiting software bugs or pricing errors.
• cancel Operating multiple accounts, or registering on behalf of another person.
• cancel Abusive, threatening, or unlawful behaviour toward staff or other users.

It is important to understand exactly what ReddyBook provides. ReddyBook is an ID-provision and onboarding service. We help eligible adults obtain a verified gaming ID on partner exchange platforms, assist with deposits and withdrawals, and offer customer support through WhatsApp. We do not operate the betting markets ourselves, we do not set or guarantee odds, and we do not determine the outcome or settlement of any bet. All actual gameplay, bet placement, and settlement take place on the third-party platform operator's systems and are governed by that operator's own rules.

Because our role is onboarding and support, most of your interaction with us happens over WhatsApp: requesting an ID, asking questions, arranging deposits or withdrawals, and getting help if something goes wrong. We strive to respond quickly, but support availability may vary, and we cannot intervene in the operator's settlement decisions beyond raising your query on your behalf.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReddyBook, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms or any applicable law; (b) your misuse of the Service; (c) any fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity carried out through your account; or (d) any information you provide that is false, misleading, or infringes the rights of a third party.

This obligation survives the closure of your account and continues to apply to events that occurred while these Terms were in force. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our reasonable requests.

We take responsible gaming seriously and want every user to enjoy the Service safely. Betting should be a form of entertainment, never a way to make money or solve financial problems. Please set a budget before you play, only stake what you can comfortably afford to lose, take regular breaks, and never chase losses. If gambling is affecting your finances, relationships, work, or wellbeing, it may be time to step back and seek support.

On request, we can help you apply limits or take a break, and the platform operator may offer tools such as deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the Service, please tell us as soon as possible so we can put things right. Please include your registered mobile number, your ID details, and a clear description of the issue, along with any supporting evidence such as transaction references or screenshots.

We aim to resolve most complaints quickly and fairly. Where a complaint relates to the settlement of a specific bet or the operation of a betting market, the matter is ultimately governed by the platform operator's rules, and we will assist by escalating your query to them. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing any formal remedy, subject to the governing law set out below.

We may update or amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, in the law, in regulatory requirements, or in business practice. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, and the revised Terms take effect from the date of publication. For significant changes, we may also notify you through WhatsApp or another reasonable means.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the Service and may request closure of your account. We recommend keeping a copy of the version that applied when you registered.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any informal resolution attempted under the Complaints section above, the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any matter that cannot be otherwise resolved.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
